Poly spill pallet (spill deck) can be used for storing, handling and separating oil drums and chemical drums. It is made of polyethylene, these pallets resist chemical attack from hazardous acids, caustics, and solvents. Seamless construction eliminates leaks. The high-strength mobile and removable grate is easy to remove, clean and replace. Liquid in the sump can be discharged through the drainage hole.
Staircare SC-R 70 have been designed to offer lasting slip resistance. They are made from a composite material that is suitable
for use in harsh environments; including, high exposure to salt water. During the manufacture process silicon carbide is
incorporated to form an inseparable gritted surface. SC-R 70 are available in yellow with UV protection and a heavy duty
silicon carbide anti slip grit for serious slip protection. SC-R 70 stair nosing have been slip resistance tested to AS586:2013 passing with the highest slip
resistance rating of Class P5 for Wet Pendulum Test and Class D1 for Dry Floor Friction Test.
SC4 stair nosing has been designed for use on hard surfaces and is also suitable for vinyl and commercial style carpets. The SC4 profile can be fitted with PVC or Carborundum anti-slip. All Staircare inserts have been slip checked to AS 4586:2013

The Situation
The Woodside Pluto LNG Offshore Platform is located about 190 Km
northwest of Karratha in Western Australia and required anti-slip protection
on steel grated stairs.
The Solution
Staircare supplied Monadelphous with SC-R70 #5 Grit heavy duty stair
nosing for installation on steel grated stairs utilising Staircare’s stainless
steel 316 saddle clip assemblies.
Staircare SC-R70 is suitable for use in the harshest environments. During
the manufacturing process silicon oxide is incorporated to form an
inseparable gritted surface.
Staircare supplied Monadelphous with 100 units of SC-R70 #5 grit within
one day of receiving the order. The treads were air freighted to the platform
and Monadelphous completed installation within a few days.
