This full face mask is cost-efficient and can also be used with Drager powered air purifying respirators, making it available for various applications.

Made from a hypoallergenic EPDM material, the mask body also includes a double-layer face seal to ensure a tight fit to the face.  This also makes for a comfortable fit with a one-size fits all body.

Another feature of the Drager X-Plore 6300 is the integrated barcode.  This means that inventories can be easily tracked, making maintenance easier.

    DRAGER BAYONET A1B1E1K1 GAS FILTERS MULTIGAS CATRIDGE MODEL : 6738816

    Drager A1B1E1K1 bayonet filters protect against a range of harmful substances including class 1 organic gases and vapours (of boiling point >65°C), inorganic gases and vapours (including hydrogen sulphide, chlorine and hydrogen cyanide), sulphur dioxide and hydrogen chloride.  They also protect against ammonia and organic ammonia derivates.

    These particular filters are gas filters, which means they are not suitable for protection against particulates.  However, they can be converted using a particle or pad and adapter in order to make a combination filter.

    Bayonet filters from Drager Safety can be used with twin-filter masks. This includes the X-plore 3300 and 3500 half masks and also the X-plore 5500 full face mask.

    Drager offer the ABEK P3 filter range as a means of protection from both toxic gases and vapours and also particles. This particular filter is an ABEK Class 1 Hg P3 R D filter which protects against a wide range of gases and particles.  See the spec table on the right for more information on the gases.

    The filters come in a pack of 2 and can be used with the X-plore 3300 & 3500 half masks and also the X-plore 5500 half mask.

    The filter class indicates the filters’ capacity and protects against class 1 gases and vapours.  To determine whether this filter is suitable for your application it’s important to know the maximum permissible concentration of the substance you’re working with and the occupational exposure limit.

    The coloured rings around the casing of the filter will help identify which gases the gas filter protects against and whether it is suitable for particles.  This particular ABEK filter can be reused (for more than one work shift), however it’s important that you’re able to tell when your filter has come to the end of its life and can no longer be used.
